Can anyone help me identify the maker of this clock?

What is the maker of this clock
I picked this clock up from a moving sale.
It was left there by previous owners and the people had no information about it.
There are no identifying marks anywhere and I haven't been able to find any clicks on line with the same exact features.
It looks like there was once a paper on the back.
