Hands stop moving

The hands on my model 0890-A-AB Sligh Grandfather clock just stopped moving.

We just had it serviced and it was working fine but running about 10 minutes slow.

I called the guy who came out and he said the adjustment nut is below the bottom of the pendulum and needs to be adjusted.

Well, the nut had come off and I finally was able to put it back on. needless to say the hands are still not moving.

Any suggestions would be great!!
