How do I hang the pendulum on a Colonial Mfg. Co. #68 grandfather clock?

Hi

How do I hang the pendulum on the Colonial Mfg Co grandfather clock with a # 68 German movement?

I can't see a place to hang it.
All I see is a brass piece with two pins on either side but no place to hang the pendulum.

Help???
