How do you replace the chime rods in a Colonial grandfather clock?

How do you replace the chime rods in a Colonial grandfather clock?

I bought the clock at an auction, however the woman's ex-husband took the rods out and would not give them back to her.

Weird people in this world. Lol

Anyway, there are 5 hammers and what appear to be hooks to hang the rods on.

Is it that simple? Where can I purchase the rods?
