I also have a Ridgeway it also has Tempus Fugit
printed diagonally across a globe. As best I can deduct from my research, Ridgeway didn't have model numbers in the 1960s. I am no saying my research is perfect, but I do know my clock was dilivered in 1965. The delivery tag is still behind a removable panel on the back of the clock. In side with the delivery tag is a sheet showing all the individual parts list and part
numbers, and says it should be kept inside the
clock cabinet. The
The only numbers that I can locate on the entire clock is on what appears to be a 6 digit part number stamped into the brass movement that was made and assembled in Germany. I have no idea how many different brands of clocks use the term Tempus Fugit, which is simply Latin phrase that translates in english to TIME FLIES. I have already seen several on ebay. It would be possible they are Ridge way Clocks but no telling
how many different clocks have that phrase on their clocks.

remove the panel on the left side of the movement by sliding slightly up and in. then it will come out. Alternatively, you an open the door, and manuever it down through a slot; whichever is easiest. There should be a paper label on the back of the dial. you will need a mirror to view it without disturbing the clock (if it is running)

I have a clock with the same name but I was told when I bought it that it was a 1968. If you email me ron222@embarqmail.com we can compare pics. Ron
