My Ridgeway Van Ness Will Not Chime

My Ridgeway Van Ness will no longer chime since I have moved.


Is there a way for me to reset the chimes so they will work again?

I have found the problem and fixed it. I didn't have the weight for that function installed correctly. I also took a pencil and pulled all the hammers back at the same time to reset the chimes.
