Need help finding the year of my clock

What is the year of my clock?
Can someone tell me the year of my clock.
Its not very big. Its about 15 inches tall.
You have to wind it with the key and its in good condition.
It says REGAL on the metal where the arms are.
It says 31 days and there are peacocks on the glass
I would like to know how old it is.
