Need Info on my Herschede Earl of Marlboro

I have a 9 tube Herschede clock called Earl of Marlboro.

Not Duke of Marlboro.

It has a serial number A642325.

I have found no mention of that model although I am sure of the name and I have seen no serial numbers beginning with a letter.

Does anyone have any information on this clock?

I have since learned that the Earl of Marlborough is the same clock as the Duke of Marlborough without the decorative top woodwork. Is is actually one of the most rare of all their models and personally, I think it is the most beautiful clock they ever made. In this economy and with the youth of today only interested in their phones, IPads, and cars, beautiful clocks like this are noti much in demand. I enjoy mine daily.

I believe I have the same clock which I purchased in 1982.. There is an A at the beginning of the serial number as well. The model #8261
