Need info on Ridgeway Grandfather clock

Hi, very similar to another posting I have a Ridgeway Grandfather clock with the following info,

Model-124
Movement-HL HB
Finish-FRTW
Serial-61380

Please tell me the year of manufacture. Also, what does HL HB (movement) mean? Thanks.
