I would like to know how to find out when it was made and what is it worth.
It says TREND TEMPUS-FUGIT.
I don't know where to look for model #

Trend is the maker - te,pus fugit usually means it does not have a moon dial

look on the inner door or the back of the clock for starters

Trend may be out of business. Go to Google and E-bay and type in Trend grandfather clock and see what comes up
