Please help, Seth Thomas sirca 1890, I think

Hi, I have a wall mount Seth Thomas circa 1890.

I am wondering if anyone can venture on a value.

The clock was cleaned in 1973 and that clock person said it is very rare he had only seen one other before.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
