SLIGH 0937-2-AB YEAR? Chime help!

Could use a date.

Chimes seems eratic.

Wrong notes during chime or doesn't play.

Could be off by first and last note.

Don't hear warn sound.

Anyone know where to drop some oil???

Hate to take the movement out.
