Trend grandfather clock identify

My old boss is not very mechanical inclined and ended up throwing this clock in the dumpster.

The pendulum would not keep going, after 10 min reading instructions and another 10 min adjusting it works great .

My question is its value?

It has a tag on back style 826, movement 100, pack no. 354 Zealand Michigan
