What is the correct weight of the 3 weights is?

We are trying to fix my mom's Ridgeway Tempus Fugit clock. It will only chime when downward pressure is applied to the weights, making us think that maybe somehow the weights are not the correct weight? Any help would be appreciated :-)

On our Ridgeway Model 211, the heaviest weight is on the right, facing the clock. The heaviest weight drives the chimes.
